Ephrem the Syrian had many different hairstyles during his lifetime. He became famous as a talented theologian, deacon and cleric. However, the Syriac deacon and a prolific Syriac-language hymnographer and theologian of the 4th century was mostly known for his exceptional sense of fashion and his charming character.
